Cathy Carrol enjoyed a 20-year corporate career as an actuary at Hewitt Associates and an executive at Sabre Inc. and United Airlines before leaving to run her father’s business. As President & COO of Pro Equine Group, she was responsible for five companies manufacturing and distributing equipment serving the team roping market.
After turning the company around, Cathy left to start Legacy Onward, Inc., bringing leadership coaching services to family businesses and the professional services industry. She is passionate about helping leaders thrive and successfully transition to executive-level roles.
Cathy blends her leadership experience with her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, BA at Boston College, and coach training at Georgetown University.
